  • Yes. We operate as a licensed medical spa under the oversight of qualified healthcare professionals. All medical treatments are performed following clinical best practices and health regulations.

Booking and Consultations

  • You can schedule your appointment directly online through our booking system. Simply choose your service, provider, and preferred date/time and complete the required consent forms.

  • Yes. New clients are required to complete an initial consultation before any injectable or medical service. This ensures we understand your goals, review your health history, and confirm you’re a good candidate for the treatment.

  • Yes. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The amount varies by service and will be applied toward your total cost.

  • We understand life happens! You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

During Your Appointment

  • You’ll check in and meet with your provider to discuss your goals. Your provider may review your intake forms at that time. Your provider will walk you through the procedure, answer questions, and ensure you’re comfortable before treatment begins.

  • Appointment times vary by service. Most treatments take between 30–60 minutes, while consultations and combined services may take longer.

  • Most treatments are quick with minimal discomfort and little to no downtime. You may experience temporary redness, swelling, or tenderness depending on the service.

  • You’re welcome to bring one guest for moral support, but please note that treatment rooms are reserved for clients and medical personnel only.

After Your Appointment

  • Aftercare instructions are provided after every treatment — either verbally, on paper, or via email. Please follow these carefully to ensure the best results and reduce any potential side effects.

  • Results depend on the service:

    • Botox: 3–7 days

    • IV Therapy: Within hours to a day

    • Weight Loss: Gradual, typically over several weeks

    Your provider will discuss what to expect and when to schedule follow-up visits.

  • If you experience any unusual symptoms or have post-treatment concerns, contact the office immediately. Our team is here to help ensure your comfort and safety.

Payments and Policies

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of service.

  • Yes! We offer periodic promotions, loyalty programs, and treatment bundles. Follow us on social media or join our email list to stay updated.

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic services, we cannot offer refunds once a treatment has been performed. If a medical issue arises, please contact us to discuss your options.

Medical and Safety

  • All injectable and IV therapy treatments are administered by licensed medical professionals (RNs, NPs, or MDs) trained and certified in aesthetic medicine.

  • Yes. All injectable products, IV solutions, and medical devices used at Good Shots are sourced from licensed medical suppliers and are FDA-approved for their intended use.

  • Yes, a brief health history is collected before any treatment. For certain services such as weight loss or hormone therapy, lab work may be required before starting.

  • Absolutely. All client records are protected under HIPAA and treated with the highest level of confidentiality.

  • Avoid alcohol, blood thinners, and strenuous exercise 24 hours before most injectable services. Your provider will give you personalized instructions during booking or your consultation.
